Censeo Consulting prepared the tender to help our Client to secure this circa £30m new build D&B project.
The project included the concrete pad and steel framed building to create the space for 2 Olympic sized ice pads, changing facilities, Gym, sports studio and café.
The external façade was a mix of stone gabion walls and aluminium framed curtain walling with aluminium cladding over, and a decorative zinc fascia to the roof.
Externally the works include car parking, cycle parking and extensive planting and landscape furniture.
