Censeo Consulting priced a market tested cost plan to help our Client to secure this circa £80m new build D&B project for Liverpool FC.
The new stand will increase the capacity at Anfield from circa 54,000 to 61,000 seats.
Below the new stand there is a new fan zone along with toilet facilities, concourse food and beverage outlets, and corporate restaurant and bar facilities and kitchens.
