Our sister company Cen QS Consulting Limited carried out the BOQ Preparation.
The D&B Project included the horizontal GA extensions and a new build top floor, complete with a category A Fit Out throughout the building including a new gym and shower facilities at the basement and landscaped external areas.
The project was procured under a JCT Design and build contract with a 60 week contract period and comprised a gross internal floor area of 5,831m2.
