Football Stadium, Southend
Censeo Consulting prepared the tender for this circa £35m new 22,000 seat football stadium for Southend United Football Club. Our sister company Cen QS Consulting Limited carried out the BOQ Preparation
The project comprised the construction of a new football stadium (Shell and core) to three sides only; South, East and West (North stand under separate phase) plus associated external works and services.
The project was procured under a JCT Design and build contract with a 65 week contract period.
