Themed Restaurant, LegoLand
Censeo Consulting prepared and secured the tender for this circa £16m high quality themed restaurant and hub facility at Legoland Woodland Village, Windsor.
Our sister company Cen QS Consulting Limited carried out the BOQ Preparation.
This project comprised the design, construction and completion of the hub building, maintenance, facilities and linen buildings, external works and services within the new holiday village.
The project was procured under a JCT Design and build contract with a 50 week contract period.
