Oval Cricket Ground, Kennington, South London
Censeo Consulting prepared the tender to help our Client secure this circa £30m Design and Build Project at the Oval Cricket Ground, Kennington, South London.
The scheme included the removal of existing terracing and the construction of new terracing to increase the capacity by circa 3000 seats.
The existing cricket pavilion building was extended and beyond the pavilion, filling in the space between it and the back of the pavement on The Oval, new hospitality facilities were added. These included concourse bars & food outlets and toilets at various levels, hospitality lounges and a roof terrace bar.
