Censeo Consulting prepared the tender to help our Client to secure this circa £17m, 35,500 sq ft D&B project.
Our sister company Cen QS Consulting provided the BOQ.
The project included the construction of a new build concrete basement and a 6 storey steel framed building above.
The façade is a mix of natural sandstone and bronzed coloured curtain walling.
The building was fitted out to a high-end specification to create ground floor retail space, commercial space to floors 1 to 4 and apartments to the top floor.
