Bristol Care Village
Censeo Consulting prepared the tender for this £50M single stage D&B project for the new build construction of a 280 apartment Care Village at Stoke Gifford, Bristol. Our sister company Cen QS Consulting provided the BOQ.
The multi storey scheme consisted of traditionally constructed loadbearing masonry apartment blocks off a part concrete and part steel framed village centre hub.
The scheme included extensive external works and hard landscaping including a Village Garden with large atrium rooflights over and steel framed walkways providing access to the apartments.
