Charter School, Southwark
Censeo Consulting prepared the tender for this circa £13m strategic development of Charter school, Southwark. Our sister company Cen QS Consulting Limited carried out the BOQ Preparation.
The D&B Project included the complete refurbishment of the existing Chateau building to provide classroom accommodation and the construction of a new build main hall which included a music and drama block.
The project was procured under a JCT Design and build contract with a 115 week contract period and comprised a gross internal floor area of 3,169m2.
