Censeo Consulting prepared the tender for this circa £9.50m warehouse units development in Enfield.
Our sister company Cen QS Consulting Limited carried out the BOQ Preparation.
The works comprised the design and construction of two number new warehouse units on separate and adjacent sites, including associated external works, drainage, external services and CAT fit out to internal office spaces.
Building A – Triangle building
Building B – Silvermere building
The project was procured under a JCT Design and build contract with a 36 week contract period.
